What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, and supported Wallets through Razorpay.

Is it safe to make payments on your website?

Yes. Payments are processed through Razorpay with secure encryption and PCI-DSS compliant systems. We do not store your card number, CVV, or banking credentials.

Will I receive a confirmation after payment?

Yes. After successful payment, confirmation is shown on website and sent by email/SMS when contact details are provided.

What happens if my payment fails?

Failed payment amounts are usually auto-reversed within 5-7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Can I cancel my order after making payment?

Yes, based on the Cancellation Policy time window. Once a service is processed or delivered, cancellation may not be possible.

How will I receive my refund?

Refunds are made to the original payment method: card to same card, UPI to same UPI ID, and net banking to originating account.

Are there any additional charges on payments?

There are no hidden fees from our side. Your bank or payment provider may apply transaction charges or taxes.

What should I do if payment is successful but I did not receive service/product?

Please contact support with transaction ID, payment details, and order details so we can verify and resolve quickly.

Do you store my payment information?

No. Sensitive payment details are handled directly by Razorpay in line with industry standards.

What should I do if I was charged multiple times?

Check your bank statement first. If duplicate charges are confirmed, extra charges are refunded automatically, and support can help if needed.

Can I get an invoice for my payment?

Yes. You may request an invoice from support, and in many cases it is automatically sent to your registered email after successful payment.
